Heh, the logo during the 'V' years was the skate, keep in mind... the 'V' was just striping (which made no room for the actual logo, of course, so it was put on the arms).

Anyway, here's the latest leak... again, when the blue is made navy it looks so much better:

Regardless of the eventual sweater logo, that everything-under-the-sun logo should be painted at centre ice

I have no problems with it. It was just passed along to me by a friend, so in no way is it mine, nor was it my friends'

And the Canucks reinforce my point: with no green in the logo, the merchandise ends up looking quite unrelated to the team's actual uniforms:

It ends up just looking more or less like the same merchandise from the past few years (which often similarly left out the red).

i'd love to see the original creater of that logo to print some merch with it.

or the Canucks buying off the rights, it's a decent enough logo to represent Canucks' history.

and damn right it would create more income for them.
