As WCE points out the Nucks had a .500 record vs the Flames last year.
The flames won the first 4 by one goal each game including a 6-5 shoot out win.
The Nux won the second 4. two in overtime (4-3 and 3-2) the others a 2-1 game and a 3-1 game (the only one of 8 to be decided by more than one goal.

It's a long season so i don't write the flames off.
But i will have some fun by noting what a pathtic effort the flames had last night against Detroit and for many games this year. It looks to be a team that has simply lost the chemistry it used to have and doesn't have the talent to make up for that loss. That said, chemistry can be found at any time and if they find it they will once again by a good team.
