The best thing going for Vancouver Canucks fans is the maturing of Elias Pettersson. He is now 5000% stronger and better prepared for the rigours of NHL life.

He will continue to progress into a 100 pt player within the next few years.

I am actually quite concerned with Hughes game. He has regressed significantly back to his year 2 habits....not sure if it's due to the overall suck or a more localized suck is to blame. I might pour over Jersey's prospect pool a little closer if I was sitting in the raisins chair

I have to wonder if Hughes "Non-Covid" illness that started his year is lingering. He's not himself - not even close.

I've been thinking this same thing - moves the puck quicker than normal, instead of rushing up the ice with it - and I'm not sure the last time I've seen him pinch down the O-Zone, grab the puck, circle the net and open up the defense.

I know we never won anything but at least they were entertaining to watch and...
