I mean he’s subject to the ELC isn’t he? Rumour is he wants a spot in the NHL? Sure, you have one on the “Canucks”.

I hope Cousin Semenko is better than the last Russian free agent that VGK signed. Yeah, that comrade went home pretty quick, didn't he?

Google says he is 26. So, he is exempt from the elc rules. They apply until age 24
