I haven't paid much attention to Marchand for several years, but when I've tuned in to a Bruins game I have to say that he's left much of that game in the past and has become a helluva player. His kingship in the rat world is now by reputation only.
Hoglander is a lot like Marchant without the reputation.... yet. It took a number of years for Marchant to get as fast and as high a scorer as he is now. Hoglander is out-producing what Marchant did in his rookie year. Hoglander and Marchant are equally quick, but Marchant is faster straight ahead in open ice. If Hoglander can pick up half a step as he gets older, he may develop into what Marchant is today. I really like the comparison between those two players.

Over on Calpuke it appears the Lames fans are about as happy with their coach, players and effort as we are with the Canucks.

Guess all is not wrong in the world right now.

Marky and Tanev are getting rave reviews over there Leivo isn't and the team is being called 'soft, no heart and has no identity.' In many ways very similar to what we are saying over here.

Right now they are going batshit crazy over the rumours that the Lames are considering trading Benent for Deangelo. lol.

Pretty angry fight between Gudbranson and Kassian. Not much landing but they were both throwing to hurt the other guy. Nice to see :mex: .

Looking like Edmonton vs Montreal is going to be delayed due to COVID. Edmonton player may have tested positive apparently.

Sounds like it could be Puljujarvi

Laine got tuned up in a fight tonight. Good for him to actually fight but why is he fighting? Good job Torts in getting one of your best offensive players almost on LTIR.

Laughs blow a 5-1 3rd period lead over the worst team in the league...lose 6-5 in OT.
