Blackwood is a solid young goalie
He’s OK. Not what I call a great no. 1 goalie.
But he’s an NHL goalie. Accomplished more than Thatcher Demko to date. I’m sure they can pick up a guy like Dell or Raanta. This Cawford thing likely came out of left field for New Jersey

I didn’t say he was a good #1. He had a good backup. The guy just quit out of the blue.

It appears that the Flames are in on PLD. Gaudreau or Monahan and a 1st or something around that.

If I were the Flames, I'd do anything to move Gaudreau. If I were CBJ, I'd refuse any deals with Gaudreau.
