Re: Goalies moving forward.
Well... his first twelve seasons with the team wins always outnumbered losses, then in 17/18 he went 26-26-7, in 18/19 he was 18-23-10 and this season in his 26 starts he was 10-12-3. Suppose he got yanked early enough in one game for it not to end up on his record. GAA was 3.17 and svs% .905.The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 4:59 pmIf Marky walks and he is willing to sign for a year i suppose it would work. Has his game deteriorated bad or is there still some wins left in those old knees?
Not great numbers, but not disastrous either.
His career regular season stats are 459-310-96 with 2.43 and .918, so yeah, he has deteriorated, but I still think he could have two more years in him at the NHL level. Especially if you see him as a mentor for a younger goalie. Probably won't ever become a Vezina candidate again though...
Whatever you do, always give 100 %!

Also have to factor in that the Rags have been a deteriorating team over the past few seasons.Per wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 1:09 amWell... his first twelve seasons with the team wins always outnumbered losses, then in 17/18 he went 26-26-7, in 18/19 he was 18-23-10 and this season in his 26 starts he was 10-12-3.
