Come on now, it's not as though I'm reminding everybody that Jonathan Dahlen would be tied for the team lead in goals here with two fewer games played! lol

Nice little rub in, CCurmudgeon wrote: ↑Sat Nov 13, 2021 10:50 am Nice first goal for Zack MacEwen tipping one in for the game winner in a tough road game versus the Canes. Decent night overall with a couple hits and a +2 in just over 10 minutes of even strength time.

Re: Past Canuck Players
Good news, Chiasson back in the lineup to help us forget about Gadjovich and McEwan

Schmidt and Holtby playing very well elsewhere.
Gadjovich and MacEwen not being re-placed on waivers and sticking in the NHL.
All of this looks bad on Green.
Now Vegas recalls Baertschi.
If he makes it back to play effectively in the NHL you wonder if Green has any idea how to use players.
What I’m saying is get a new coach and bring back Jake.

Another good tilt for Gadjovich, fortunately the Canucks kept Chiasson for the stellar PP and Dowling for the stellar PK, but Gadjo should be on waivers again any time now anyway, so maybe Canucks can still snag him for Abby.

Imagine being Brayden McNabb the other night looking up and seeing he only needs to swat OEL aside, not even deal with Horvat, and has nothing to worry about the rest of the game with Schenn out, Hamonic back home, and a MacEwen or Gadjovich not around? Easy pickins.

But MacEwen and Gadjovich will be on waivers next week.
Great asset management

As you’ve noticed among a select few, management is never at fault.Curmudgeon wrote: ↑Tue Nov 16, 2021 7:19 pm Imagine being Brayden McNabb the other night looking up and seeing he only needs to swat OEL aside, not even deal with Horvat, and has nothing to worry about the rest of the game with Schenn out, Hamonic back home, and a MacEwen or Gadjovich not around? Here's the thing; He's only going to get better with more time in the bigs.
