Does MacEwan's arrival maybe make Roussel expendable for a CBO?

For a "gritty" player, Roussel doesn't provide any deterrent out there, I'd call him more of a larger pest than an enforcer.

And if you're an optimist like Doc and think Ferland might "pull a Crosby" in his post-concussion recovery, a healthy Ferland maybe makes Roussel more expendable than a legit NHL center.

When healthy, the Canucks have 4 legit centers - Miller, Horvat, Sutter and Beagle. They have two very iffy centers in Petey and Gaudette, both of whom have benefitted immensely from playing wing with legit center.
