Dzingel mostly plays centre doesn’t he? If so, not seeing it. Ferland maybe, but with his injury issues and contract demand, it’s a risky signing, along the lines of Dave Clarkson, Martin Lapiointe, Milan Lucic.

If it were possible, (it still may be eventually), Ferland would be a sort of replacement for Baertschi on the top six.
I think the risk factor, though similar, would be a bit less. More consistent point production but say 1.5 to 1.75 more per year.
Haven't heard he's asking for ridiculous numbers. Has anyone?
