All them "analytics" guys who used their metrics as a case against JB are now shutting up and singing his praises. That's rich.
Yeah, all of a sudden, everybody is good with these signings and trades

Re: Canucks News n Notes 2019-2020
I mis remembered. I explained I was lit up like a Christmas tree on the draft weekend playing golf in Loops. Since my initial overreaction to the trade I have softened my stance bigly time on the deal. So yes I guess I did say it was overpayment. My mistake. I don’t THINK since that initial weekend that I’ve been grousing about the deal being an overpayment but a steep or stiff payment. It was. It’s looking like a good deal for both teams now. What does the Chef call it “adjustment”?Strangelove wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 6:39 pm ^ Fucking guy doesn't know when to quit! FFS Blob you claimed you N E V E R called it an overpayment!

Definitely wasn’t a steep price, if we wanted we could get a first and top notch prospect for him tomorrow. He’s done nothing but increase his value league wide. We’d never do this though as I think he’s become a core player for the team. I see him riding out this contract and getting another one with us where he becomes a third line center to help the likes of madden, focht, and any of our other forward prospects get accustomed to the league.

I just did admit I was wrong. Either way as we speak I’m saying it’s a win win for both teams. You want to keep talking about what was said months ago keep on keepin on.

Now say this Blob: "I lied TODAY when I claimed to never have called it an overpayment
... and I lied again TODAY when I said 'Well, I only called it an overpayment on draft weekend'".

Any word on Ferlund?
The 'Chain of Command' is the chain I am going to beat you with until you understand I am in charge.
Re: Canucks News n Notes 2019-2020
Taken based on an article from a Province write-up'
Ferland did not return to the game after his fight with Clifford. The Canucks announced he’d suffered an “upper-body” injury. but He was spotted in the dressing room post-game, looking healthy, though it did appear his right hand was worse for wear.
Green said flatly, upper body injury, after the game. He said he didn’t know if the injury was related to the fight.
