Yes
Agreed. I know we're all experiencing Pettersson euphoria, but another top-10 pick would be more useful than playoff experience right now, in my opinion. Not that I have a choice in the matter; Bo is probably going to carry this team to the dance on his shoulders.

I am over the moon with their success to date but the product on the ice does not relate to their standings. Some said making the playoffs could happen but is that a good thing? Or is getting another top 10 pick the better long term option.
I must be a from the house of black and white.

Screw the top picks. Give me on ice success. Top picks bust all the time. You are as likely to get a Jason Herter as a Pettersson. Stars like Boeser are there for the taking late in the first round and you get to see playoffs.

Predicting 17 and 18 year old teenagers; Ya, that's like really easy, almost elementary, in some cases. :mex:

When you have a genius doing the drafting why are we concerned?

Plus there is always a chance, just once, that the Nucks win the grand prize.

Can't win the grand prize if you make the playoffs every year moving forward...

I think he meant the cup not the first pick.

Reefer doesn’t even know what he meant.
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

Has it been proven what he meant or is that still the issue?

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

The first step Tops is always hard to admit it, I’m proud of you taking that first step in such a public forum.
