Quite right, he's a top-4 guy. :D
Blob Mckenzie wrote: Thu Aug 16, 2018 8:55 pm In 2/7 seasons he has played top 4 minutes in the NHL. Hockey Reference is your friend.
I've crushed this argument a few times and you've offered no response...
Blob Mckenzie wrote: Thu Aug 16, 2018 8:55 pm His icetime shot up in the playoffs to 27 min due to a couple long ot games.
The Cats averaged just 6.5 minutes of overtime play per game that year.

And how do you explain the fact The Guds led his team in minutes by a huge margin?

"bottom pairing on a playoff team"?? Image
Blob Mckenzie wrote: Thu Aug 16, 2018 8:55 pm McCann put up 27 ES points in 68 games last year getting a shade over 13 min a game as a 22 year old. He more than held his own.
Lol his numbers are Leipsic-like, a young player you mock = A G E N D A

Yes but sadly you are owned and operated by your agenda...

flip...

I think we only have 1 big trade wad to blow. I would rather save that bullet to see if we can send a monster package for !st overall.. and a shot at the other Hughes...

If we can get the other Hughes and petterson can play center, we could possibly have the best center depth in the league.

I guess this could relate to the owner thread.
Would they put pressure on JB to push on this.

I think we should leave it alone too though.

I think imac said it wouldn’t include horvat, boeser, petterson Hughes or the first.

I'm sure the Sens will try and get as much as they can but as you say, how much will that be on a player with an expiring contract.
From any team. They won't hit the end all, cure all home run.

If they truly are parting ways, suitors will be able to talk turkey with EK on a long term deal.
That, is where my concern with ownership lays.

LOL; Na; They put their trust in Benning and I don't think it's something he''l do unless the price tag is much less than anticipated $$$$$ wise.

If those assets are excluded, what could the Canucks offer that the Senators would consider a reasonable return ?

I’m guessing taking on Ryan’s contract (possibly with eriksson going back), Tanev, and a top prospect ie gaudette, Lind, Dahlen and a 2nd round pick.

I dont want to include Dahlen either.

The sens are going to get Kesler'd here pretty quick if they dont find someone to trade with. Why cant we be the anaheim this time

I can see maybe Gaudette and Dipietro as the centerpieces we could afford to give up but if the Sens think theyre coming out of this with 5 blue chip assets they are in for a suprise. RK for rubbish is exhibit A

My sense of Karlsson situation is that any #Canucks interest is likely due-diligence. Team categorically against trading Quinn, Pettersson, Boeser etc. Hard to see trade fit w Ottawa.

Quick conversation with Canucks' GM Jim Benning, says there is no truth to the Canucks being in the Karlsson trade conversation.

Maybe JB didn’t realize that Jerry Jones Francesco did some due diligence for him?
