Radio (Sportsnet 650am), Interview with Todd Diamond; Nikita Tryamkin's agent, yesterday.
It's 9 minutes long;

Personally, I thinks deep down, he doubts, but listen for yourselves.

I didn’t hear doubt. I did hear common sense and practicality. Trymankin belongs in the NHL. He has one more year and it’s 99.9% sure he won’t be back in the NHL until that year is up. 11-12 months from now a deal will be there. Thinks Vancouver is the ideal place for him given where they are in their evolution (his word). I think he was cautious in what he said but I didn’t hear it as doubt. He was especially cautious about saying it was Vancouver 100% but very strong in his belief he’d be back in the NHL.

He has a client and he has to keep options open.

Later in the interview diamond says something along the lines of “when he’s back in the nhl” like it’s a foregone conclusion.

Wake me up when/if he returns. Bit of a sideshow among fans and media jumping up and down for a guy who at this point is a 4/5 D at best in the NHL. People calling into radio shows and calling him the next Pronger or Chara. He’s neither.

Try listening to the Sekeres and Price show. It’s painful.

This is what happens when they need clicks for their work. 24/7 sports so they have to fill it up with junk.

Hard job to do today and constantly being relevant.

Due to the number of draft related requests, Jim Benning will be available at approx 10am for media at Rogers Arena for a short scrum.
9:26 AM - 10 Jun 2019

It hasn't happened yet, 650am is trying to get it as I write this.

"Olli Juolevi has been medically cleared to skate and will begin doing that this week;

still no contract for Alex Edler;

hoping to get Boeser deal done sooner than later;

Benning has yet to receive extension."
A long time ago, a baseball player remarked: "If I owned a ballclub, I'd hire a $5,000 coach and a $15,000 scout."
