This post doesn’t make a hell of a lot of sense Fredmicky107 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 1:30 pmGuys got a lot of accolades on his resume + he's on his way to a dynasty in progress but in all honesty, we are demographically challenged, not new news and the Alberta teams not far behind. It's never going to be easy.Madcombinepilot wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 12:43 pmHe was also supposed to be a guru for injury prevention... that didn't go so well for him either.Blob Mckenzie wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 12:11 pmI’m not sure. He’s part of the medical staff that has seen the Canucks be among the league leaders in injuries the past few years. Coincidence?micky107 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 10:12 am http://dailyhive.com/vancouver/rick-cel ... s-warriors
Too bad.
On ice practice is extremely limited during the season so dry training has to be done.
Generally, NHL guys are pretty family oriented, (even the young ones often), so they may not be doing enough prep work.
These days, shifts are shorter but more intense.
I assume his job was to help some with specific requirements, rehabs, etc., but they have to find the time to do it.
from what I understand, access on the road is sometimes, difficult.
The stress level on NHL and I suppose, NBA players took a huge spike after 9/11. There is no fast tracking in security just cause your on a team.
Gotta be ugly at times.
Then there's dress codes, social media addiction, I gotta look cool addiction and on and on.
But hey! Maybe we find a conditioning guru that makes all this stuff innate.

Better yet: Pass out business "101" guides so all can get a "slight" grasp on demographics and sports.
But hey Corn, I was just trying to liven things up on Thursday.
Don't worry. It won't happen again.

Let’s just get one thing straight here....Reefer is a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau
Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019
Lol rich coming from you.
Have you changed your mind yet on what underwear you want to use tomorrow? Fuck your don’t even have enough shit in your head to figure out how to make a sandwich, then if you did you would change your mind so many times you would miss the picnic all together.
But please come back on a daily basis we enjoy watching Blob show what a fool you are.

I have no problem with Fred. It seems when he got shoved off that roof at Giggle Mountain he mighta bounced a few marbles around. Instead of a Jofa he should probably be rocking an astronaut helmetUncle dans leg wrote: ↑Sat Aug 11, 2018 12:33 pm We need you around here Mick. How many sites with the term "laid back", or something similar, would it take to satisfy you, (as a local), that the term demographically challengedRonning's Ghost wrote: ↑Fri Aug 10, 2018 6:06 pmOh, again with the demographics !
OK, maybe this word has some specialist meaning of which I am unaware.
Micky, what does this word mean to you ? Would you please provide a link to whatever group of specialists uses it with the meaning you offer?
is applicable. There are other reasons but that in itself is enough to make the statement.
The direction this took was unnecessary. Like Listerine "original".

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019
So, assuming that when you say "demographically challenged" it has something to do with marketing, and as this is a god damned hockey discussion board, I will further assume that it would have to do with hockey, or more specifically the Vancouver Canucks.
I would then venture to guess you are saying that Vancouver is, because of its population, not a good place for a hockey team?
Seriously! Its freaking Canada! How can it not be a good hockey market?
And it's a big ass city. In freaking Canada.
How could you possibly find a better demographic, for the purpose of marketing a hockey team, than a big ass city in freaking Canada?
Seriously, you lost me again.

You know I meant in this city, it can be difficult for some pro athletes to keep their focus.
Why are you even involved?
You proved something to me a very long time ago when you pretended not to know about G.R.
If being a liar really was a requisite for a politician, your calling is clear, Da?
It's "nice" you take the time to update the Swedish players and their exploits.
Did you say you were a teacher? (insert smiley for extreme fear).
had it.
