I have many, like all of us, fond memories of the place.

Saw the Nucks beat the Laughs in the playoffs.
Saw several concerts, cousin used to work there so we got in for free.
Saw Giants play there but when you went in you realized how old it is.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Re: Pacific Coliseum 50
Hockey games there since the early 70s, then concerts in the mid to later 70s (Elton John, being the first).
The 82 run...
So many memories, some more faded than others....
Only got kicked outta there once!

Sometimes the games were very uninspired. So quiet you could here the sticks, the skates, a kid sneezing.
There was this one guy with a bellowing deep voice that once a game, (you never knew when it was coming), would simply yell out:
BORING ! 15 thousand people would cheer.
Of course there were some good times too.
