Canada is becoming too soft at the international stage. No push back or mojo. Nice gentle people of Canada is working its way into Canada Hockey. We need more Gordie Howes, the real "people's elbow"
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

Was less than enthused leading up to yesterdays game but that quickly changed when i saw they actually thump each other. Now I'm planning my near future around it.

Every tournament i can recall has canada sucking early and needing to feel the pressure before they shine. With Doubty and Weber back there they will most certainly shine.
Was seeing alot of the fumblies from the defense which should get better with games played. Price looked average as well which isnt his game at all.
Marchand Bergeron and Crosby will be the best line in the tournament by the end I'm thinking.
Lots to happy about

Yanks with 3 dirties. I doubt they get away with that shit again.

Totally mind blowing that Pavelski and Oshie didn't get held to account for those by a few of our guys.

Kesler should probably watch his six today.....Torts would be doing everyone a favour if he made him a healthy scratch, especially Kesler.

All-in-all the Americans are classless, but we know that. Pulling shit like that at any time is garbage, but to do it in a preliminary game is bottom of the barrel low.

I'm looking forward to today's rematch.

Yup the American's probably did a good thing to Team Canada like when Aaron Rome hit injury prone Nathan Horton.

Kesler hit awoke TC.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Kesler is a gutless piece of shit. Same guy who tried to flip Andrew Ladd by the ankle when he got fracked in the eye in a fair square off. Hopefully he gets packed off the ice on a stretcher tonight.

I have to agree. USA having a-holes like Kesler and Palm-merry make the games worth watching.
Without those guys the games are yawn fests like sweden-finland today

Oh I like Kesler when he's playing for my team. Tonight I'm a fan of Brad Marchand and Jumbo Joe.

What a nice goal there started on a beauty pass by Doughty.

David Amber looks like he was a short bus passenger as a young child.

Paddy! What about that $6 million and change per year contract all the way until Kesler is pushing 40?
