Twinsation to Twinsition
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Interview with Anton Rödin in Expressen:
A knee injury ended Anton Rödin’s season after just 33 games last year. But in that time he had scored 37 points (16+21) and was often dominant and the league’s best forward. The 25-yo also received the Golden Helmet at the end of the season, the MVP-award decided by a vote among the players themselves.
Now the second North American sojourn of his career awaits and he left Gävle two weeks ago already to prepare himself in the best possible way in his new hometown, Vancouver.
“I went over to get my knee checked and do the right rehab, then you’ve done all in your power for things to go well. A couple of weeks ago it was still pretty bad, but now things are beginning to happen. I expect to be back at 100% at the end of September when camp starts,” says Rödin.
There’s quite a difference between his two attempts to break into the best league in the world. Rödin was just 19 years old when he headed to North America for the first time and had been lent away to Mora during one of his seasons with Brynäs.
“I played in the World Juniors that season as well, it’s a damn difference. I wasn’t in the starting line-up every game. Now I’m older and more confident. They believe in me and I believe in me. Hopefully I get a good shot at it this time and know how to seize it,” he says.
He will have many Swedish team mates. Among others Loui Eriksson who has been brought to the team with the hope that he can find the same chemistry he has shown on the national team with the Sedin brothers.
“Loui is an incredible player. It’ll be fun to be around other Swedes as well and he’s a guy that scores a lot of goals, which is something Vancouver needs. Also, he has played with the Sedins before, and that went really well,” says Rödin.

I thought it was interesting.
All those kids born in 97 or 98.
Pretty soon these development rosters are gonna say born 2000.
My kid is 26, born in 89. He's looking at the list and freakin out...

I know that but they haven't been weeded out yet. That is still to come.
It was more about the number and ages of them.

Shouldn't have had to say that.

Actually not all will be at main camp,(Sept 22-26).
Pre season games probably 7, still finalizing.
Again, (particularly this year), I'd rather see a longer camp and 2 less pre season games but money, money...
Don't know if there will be anything organized before camp?

Check out this link. Maybe we could get this kid as his rep in NY is shot and we might get him for a 2nd with something else from Utica.

Is Virtanen going to be the next David Airspace Booth or Jerome Iginla? I hope we won't regret not drafting William Nylander
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau
