Re: Canucks Young Guns
Horvat - Born April 5, 1995. 24 years old
Tryamkin - Born August 30, 1994, 25 years old
Tryamkin is 8 months older than Horvat. Stick a fork in Bo, send him out to the pastures, he’s old, he’s done.

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Bo Horvat is a proven top 6 forward in the NHL who will top 60 points this year and a team captain. Tryamkin is playing beer league hockey in Russia and has 5 points on the season. Tryamkin had his letter taken away likely for a piss poor attitude. He felt he was entitled to play top 4 minutes last time he was here. On this current roster there’s no way he would be top 4.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 9:31 am Horvat - Born April 5, 1995. 24 years old

Is Bo Horvat retiring soon? He’s old. He’s so freaking old he’s just 8 months younger than Tryamkin.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 11:15 amBo Horvat is a proven top 6 forward in the NHL who will top 60 points this year and a team captain. Blob said Tryamkin is old.
He’s 8 months older than Horvat
That would mean Bo is old, too

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Why did you start your paragraph with “Tryamkin will be 26 this year”? My impression was in this response of yours to my previous response “Rathbone and Tryamkin” to your response to my prospect list saying we have terrible D prospects in the system. I beg to differDoyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 11:36 amI said he was turning 26. Where did I say he was old?Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 11:32 am Blob said Tryamkin is old.

Tryamkins age has no bearing here, so why did you bring it up? He’s still a very good quality asset that we own. My only guess is, you think he’s old, otherwise why even say it

Chef arent you forgetting that napkin simply isnt very good? He bobbles pucks, is slow of foot and probably doesnt cut it in vancouvers 6.
Just because he wins in scrum shoving matches doesnt compensate for the fact that he sucks

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Either way they need some good young D men coming up through the pipe. In the new year:
Benn -33
Edler-34
Myers-30
Tanev- 31
Hughes is great, the entire board think 25 year old Stecher is a trash can but 24 years old Teves and Rafferty with their combined 20 games of AHL experience are God’s gift.
Juolevi is apparently struggling big time in the A and Brisebois and Chatfield suck shit. They need some young guys to push the old ones in the next couple years.

Re: Canucks Young Guns
I still think TrampKing is the guy we give up to unload Loui on the Sens... plus Goldy?
(they're going Russian in Ottawa, they've got scouts all over the Motherland now)
At other times I fantasize about Loui retiring/refusing to report to Utica = suspension/mutual contract termination.
I do think that Nikita will end up being a solid #4 in the NHL...
