Sounds like the five Canadian provinces are issuing a joint statement later today.

I like the sound of this personally. Even if it only means BC won't be going rogue, I find that itself reassuring.

The NHL could have an answer from the 5 provinces involved in league discussions later today. Sources say provincial reps met on Monday and again this morning and are expected to respond the NHL/NHLPA as a group which is viewed as encouraging by some clubs.
