It was a pivotal moment in CC history when Doyle become a hater of the current GM (Benning) after being a lover of the previous GM (the modern mind of MIke Gillis)

If Nonis doesn’t draft Corey Schneider, no Bo Horvat. Gillis should be thankfulThe Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 5:15 pm Chef was still mourning the loss of randy nonis in 2012

I was told by the waitress at the Arms Pub that on every Saturday Doyle orders two cheeseburgers, double patties extra bacon and extra mayo with an extra serving of French Fry Poutine with a sidecar of cheese curds to add later

Hell Ole Gillis traded a 2nd and a 3rd round pick for stone hands Bernier then trades Bernier a few months later along with former 1st round pick Grabner and a 1st round pick for Buyout Ballard, Doyle’s Boi.
Gillis on justifying the trade “we did not like what was available when our time to pick came up”. Kuznetsov, Charlie Coyle and Brock Nelson were all available. As Doyle laments, the GM is always responsible for the 1st round pick

Thought I'd drop by to see what the talk here was like.
Well sometimes-poster Meds returned and has been taking daily throat-pumpings from Micky.
Trust me, it's savage, ole Mick has literally fucked his brains out!![]()
So much so that Meds decided it would be a good idea to try to reason with the lunatic UKCanuck in Creeper's forum.
And oh yeah, Meds is Chinese now apparently, so yeah, he's allowed to call the pandemic "the China Flu" just so ya know.![]()
Next time try not to be late to the party.

I love this place.
