Vesey in August becomes FA. Nobody can talk to him until then as he is property of the Preds.bckev wrote:Are there any good college free agents left?

Oilers will be a lot better team than the Canucks will over the next few yearsReefer2 wrote:seriously - lol - if this kid picked the Oiler then he needs his money back. who ever is giving him advice needs to be taken away and shot for stupidity. Not really a big loss but what development has the Oilers given any player in the last 5 - 10 years. Proper development.
Any way, this guy will be gone from the league in 2 - 3 years, another bust as he was not developed properly and just thrown into a team with no leadership.

Can't think of a better place for a a guy wanting to make the big leagues as a fire plug.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Yeah it would have been nice to get a free prospect and he plays with some edge ,so good for Edmonton I guess. There is no shortage of skilled players to get him the puck on the Coilers. It will be interesting to see what Chiarelli will do to build an NHL defence this summer. He has some great pieces to acquire a couple of high end d men.Topper wrote:Can't think of a better place for a a guy wanting to make the big leagues as a fire plug.

That's what Dude said a few years ago...
I love every move Jim Benning makes
Re: Co-Eds That Can Score!
What lies did Lowe tell Caligula? A shiny new area with his name already embalmed on the locker?
I hope GMJB was honest with the kid and said you get a spot when you earn a spot and that spot is only open for a season or two.

Re: Co-Eds That Can Score!
JB did tell him he'd have to earn a spot, like everyone else, but that the opportunity was there for the taking.
There is no question, in my mind, that Edmonton blew sunshine up his ass, big time.
Like someone said earlier, what kind of dorks are helping him make decisions?

Apparently Caggiula was impressed with the city, the new arena, management and the way he was treated. But the new arena really caught his eye. Said it was a hard choice. Really liked Vancouver and the opportunity.
