Yes, 26th with Carolina 1 point behind and Anaheim, Toronto, Columbus all 3 points behind. I see no reason for being optimistic that we will right the ship this road trip. Fucking Anaheim better smarten up. They can still make the playoffs those fuckers.

We are now in top five country.

Grabner with 2g + 2a in this game.

He had those exact numbers over the first 28 games of this season!

Strange things going on this year...

Pens lost their 5th straight (2-1 to the Canes) tonight and are fading out of the playoff picture.

It's funny cuz most Leaf fans want the Leaves to lose (for a high draft pick)

.... and want the Pens to make the playoffs (so they get Pens' 1st-rounder).

Also, most Leafers are pissed that Bernier had a good game cuz they want him gone ASAP.

Yup, strange year in OH so many ways.

It's time for me to come clean about something.

I always felt The Kassian purposely injured both Gagner and Bolland.

(neither of whom were ever the same again)

I could be wrong, but that's the way I always felt.

Ahhh... it feels good to be honest!

Still, I loved Kassian the player and it's a damn shame his demons dragged him down.

I don't feel bad about loving a player I felt was purposely injuring the odd player here and there.

But I do feel bad about not feeling bad about dat dere.

Really! :santa:

Kassian's talent was overrated. He never had those Bertuzzi hands everyone wanted. Anyway at least Blob has a hookup if he ever heads out east.

Perhaps, but without the demons I feel Kassian would have been a Top Six.

A large Top Six ASSHOLE... something this team has needed for a long time.

But hey The Kassian is gone baby gone.

Oh well, Milan Lucic, Plan B. :mex:

I'd welcome Lucic at this point. Sick of watching this team get pushed around. It's obviously dependent on the hit and term, but he'd be a good transitional signing IMEHO.

Yeah but before too much longer he'll have to head to Windsor for it.

Montreal wants nothing to do with him and will be trading him. Several teams are showing interest so look for Kassian to be moved. He is on an expiring contract so there will be a GM somewhere that sees his "potential" and give him one last shot.
