With Williams putting on a display this year it put another thing into context. Linden was clutch. He always showed up when it mattered most. He just doesn't get enough credit or respect. No one worked harder or cared more and, most importantly, delivered. All the talk of "elite" talent or 18-yr olds playing etc just consider this. I'll take this stat over 40 goal/100 pt regular seasons any day. The intangibles that don't show up in the stats columns. The playoffs are what matters and Linden was a warrior for us back in the day.
