The only thing I’ll say is louie probably should have got more time on the first unit pp, as net front,
he’s exceptional at scoring in tight.
Thats a bit of a stretch no? Hes had some success previously but there isnt much exceptional about anything hes done unless counting the exceptionally low hit totals every year
Yep it’s definitely hyperbole after re reading.

Patrick Johnston on
why the canucks shouldn't sign Myers.
Can't disagree with too much, but his point is Myers is a 2nd-pairing Dman.
My question is, in an $80 million+ cap, what is a UFA 2nd pairing Dman worth?
If it's less than $6.5 mil, I think it's good value.

Dahlen and his agent decided on this gambit and lost. Simple as that.
Is getting traded a loss for the player? Not like it is a loss for the team if the return is inadequate.
What was and is puzzling to me about the deal is why the Canucks would give a rat's ass (no offense, Rats) about an ultimatum from a 20 year old in an ELC. We will play you when you are ready; we will trade you when we are ready.
Seems to me that the return could have been so much greater, or at least could have been a get-over-the-top part of a bigger package.

I’m curious if Gudbranson is considered a cancer to the Benning faithful after he was traded.
Just on the ice, between the whistles.

It's a uniform color thing. When a player is in a red one, looks like he goes like the wind, woosh>>>>>weeeeee
.
.
but When he's in mostly white, damn,,,
.
As for Johnathan Dahlen being traded to the Sharks for an all-in with a pair of threes, Manure!
Still more to it than has been spoke of, which is plenty. It still reeks of something as yet unknown.
I don't like we lost an asset for nothing.
Maybe we just owed the Sharks a brownie point because of that TD thing back a spell.

Especially since it seems there was no ultimatum from the player to begin with.
It's all very weird and extremely disappointing.
