I remember going to games all over. The guy was a stud and a local hero. I do say he probably got more action that the high school quarterback!!
Was John Gould on that team? Must have been one hell of a high school club.

Gomer got brain cancer - that wasn't our fault.

We didn't tell him to go get cancer and it's too bad that he did.

We felt sorry for him, but then he went goofy on us.

Oh you're one sanctimonious son of a bitch aren't you.

My dad, mom, and a half-dozen uncles/aunts died of cancer.

It's a foregone conclusion that I will die of cancer one day, it's in my genes.

(unless some psychotic offended online poster tracks me down first)

I've lost friends to cancer and a good friend is battling cancer right now.

But you go right ahead and dictate what we can joke about big guy.

Can we joke about all your Chris Tanev hyperbole?

Did I miss someone joking about cancer in this thread?

Honestly I am not sure what Clarke said that we need to get up in arms about.

He's responding to another stupid question from an idiotic reporter and basically spoke the truth. Maybe the reporter worded the query to denote the cancer situation which led to the response?

Anyway.

He indicated sympathy for him.

He then suggested he went goofy, maybe he did go goofy??

Dad was right fucked up post chemo events for instance.

Clarke also went on to say this...

"Right from the start, we didn't think Craig took very good control of the team," he said. "He let the assistants run a lot of our practices and our team really played with no zip, no enthusiasm.

"We had no choice, we think, with Roger and the same thing with Craig."
DeLevering since 1999.

I'd advise you to stop reading your old posts then. You are the guy who just said Cancer is hilarious. Regardless, we have all lost friends and family to cancer. It sucks, but their memories live on. Laugh, cry, take the high road. I don't really care what you decide to do.

Anyhow, 63 sleeps til the puck drops.

I said cancer is hilarious in response to Doc’s idiotic post.

I guess I need to involve emoji’s for the helmet wearers.

*sheesh*

Tough crowd!

Okay, okay, ever hear this one...

In 1979 Harold Ballard fired head coach Roger Nielsen.

Well Leaves fans and media lost their collective shit (they loved Roger).

So Ballard told Nielsen he could keep his job if he coached the next game with a paper bag over his head

... as "the mystery coach"!

Eh?.... EH??

WITH A PAPER BAG OVER HIS HEAD!!!

True story.
