You guys in a uproar over a bit of reflection of how bad it is out there for racism, and a few minutes of your awesome lives and it's absolute RAGE!!!! wow guys.
Hey, I even get pissed off when the Anthems take too long to sing. Except when it was Kate Smith or Mark Donnelly..
.(maybe the Chicago organ) sorry  All the little kid versions and military versions can go away.

I've never seen true racism in hockey at any levels. Not really. If it existed, it was before my time. I see no reason for token support gestures.
Looks cheap.

What do you mean "you people".

Hey man I didn't even see it, but I've seen it plenty enough already.

You say "a few minutes" but it's been going on for years it seems.

And then fucking Hargraves infers anyone who's sick of it is a white supremacist.

THAT is what I was responding to.

Yes there are assholes and retards of every kind (including stupid fucking racists)

... but do we have to hear about it over and over and over these days?

FFS some people tune into sports to try to escape the real world bro!

You know I love ya Skyo, now come over here and give me a hug my brother!

*realizes he's been lounging around in his undies all day*
I hear ya, but it's been centuries of racism, it's only this year it's really hit the fan and being up front and center for North America to see thanks to social media and technology to record acts of hardened racism towards people of colour.

One love SL!

Titanic battle coming up between Penguins and Oilers for Lafrieniere.
Hoping Jets get Alexis Lafrenière, he stays in Canada, but not in the Pacific.

Having watched this a few times now, I think Tkachuk tried to clip Scheifle and get a piece of him. I don’t think he was trying to slice him but it was meant to be a tap in the back of the leg, as they both appeared to be turning the opposite way. Almost like when a guy drags a leg like Matt Cooke used to frequently do. It is cheap and it’s horseshit but I don’t believe he was trying to slice him with a blade. Those blades are so fucking sharp. Other than Chris Pronger and maybe Kassian last year I doth think I’ve ever seen anyone use the blade as a weapon and I don’t think he was trying to do that here. I think he was trying to clip his heel and it went terribly wrong. You can slow it down all you want but it happened in real time.

It’s a reckless and cheap play that went all kinds of bad. You hope he isn’t as bad off as that looked. If I was the Jets though I’d be sending someone a bit tougher than Wheeler out to avenge that cheap shot. What a fucking marshmallow

Tkachuk does lift his skate at the last moment and direct the blade into Scheifele's achilles a la Cooke/Karlsson.

Whether the injury was a sliced achilles or not hasn't been reported as of yet.

This shows Tkachuk clearly lifting his skate. Not sure why, but he did & blade makes contact to back of Scheifele's calf. Hoping for the best for Scheifele.

Ignore the Turtle lover Doyle. He’s a Turtle apologist. He’s hands down the dirtiest player in the game and deserves beatings. It was classic Matt Cooke accidentally on purpose. These guys have been playing hockey their entire lives, Tkachuk knew what he was doing, the intent is obvious but he is clever enough to create doubt in the action “who meeeee???” He’s a piece of shit through and through. Paul Maurice is dead right - it was a dirty hit, it doesn’t take a genius to realize that especially when the suspect has a history.

It was a dirty hit but if you really believe he was trying to slice him you’re dumber than you act. Then again you’d have no idea how sharp a blade was, would you?

If the turtle knows how sharp skate blades are then why lift it and drive it to the back of Scheifele’s acchilles? That be like dropping boulders on cars on a highway from an overpass. “Well, I didn’t mean for the boulder to go through the windshield and kill the guy”

Yeah I think I’ll let you throw your dirty diapers around by yourself. If that’s what you believe happened there isn’t much point in discussing it with you any further.

As an asside, Wheeler got dropped by that punch. I’m surprised he wasn’t knocked out. He left his chin wide open.

I’m not alone in this line of thinking, Bloberto Macchenzzi. In case you’re wondering on what’s going on beyond your blinders. You’re a Turtle Apologists, just admit it.

Yeah you and Maurice have it figured out. I already said he was trying to get a piece of him. Did you not see that? If you ACTUALLY think he was trying to shred the guys achilles with a blade that is like a razor then you’re a very dumb man. Nobody plays sports with the intent of ending another guys career. Wake the fuck up. I already said it was a dirty cheap play that went bad.

He wasn’t hurt by the punch. Wheeler isn’t a seasoned fighter and so the fact that the Teams Captain steps up outside of his comfort zone to do this is a statement in itself. Just he caught a punch that didn’t hurt him gives you reason enough to come down on the guy? Jezus Doyle, are steeped deep in a nasty angry shakey hangover right now? Try a triple Caesar to take the edge off

You believe whatever you want to believe Blobbee.

Again if everyone on gawds green earth knows how sharp blades are why doesn’t the Turtle know this? If he knows this why lift the skate and drive it in to the back of his eel if he apparently knows how razor sharp a skate blade is.

Like saying a sniper knows how deadly bullets are but when he shoots them at people doesn’t mean he meant to kill them. He knows how deadly it is shooting bullets out of a gun - “who meeee? I didn’t mean to kill them”

I think the fact that your idea of sports was riding around on your bike in spandex pants has blinded you to what competitive sports are about Pacific Blue.

It’s not your fault.
