Didn't get any playing time after being called up to Dallas for the first round against the Dux. Zubov must be coming back as they have re-assigned Baumgartner to Manitoba.

Hopefully he can help them get past the Crunch.

Also assigned from Bakersfield is Derlago (yep, relation of Bill, nephew I think I read).

Interestingly Derlago lost out to the Salmon Kings in round one of the ECHL playoffs.

The Salmon Kings have turned things around in a couple of years- it must easier in the E to rebuild.

One of the interesting thing about the Salmon Kings - Bakersfield first round series was the play of Condors' goalie Yutaka Fukufuji (the first Japanese-born player to play in an NHL game - for LA). He was superb, particularly in game six where he faced 61 shots through regulation and into OT. His GAA wasn't great in that game (allowed 6), but he carried his team into OT despite their being badly outplayed.

BTW, Cornuck, not sure sure it was re-buliding. As an expansion team they were simply buliding.
