Baertschi looked good with Gaudette and would probably do well on the 3rd line. I assume he's being waived because he frees up more cap than Schaller.

Dhaliwal is OK in limited doses, but the bitchy-banter thing that show does is awful which makes Halford/Brough the alternative in that slot. They're fine. The mid-day stuff is pretty grim. These hits are garbage. It's becoming ridiculous. Players enter the league and hope for the best, but many end up with shortened careers and/or shortened lives. Too many players getting hit in defenseless positions. The deterrent system isn't working.

I thought Lind looked decent. He was noticeable on Sunday, too. I stopped in for the scrimmage and the practice session that followed.
