Re: GDT: Nucks host Kings - Mar 25/24 - 6 PM PST - SN

If the Canucks win tonight they clinch a playoff spot with 3 weeks remaining in the season. Edit: Blues also have to get less than 2 points. Currently St Loo could run the table and finish with 101 points. A win tonight only gives the Canucks 100. Therefore I don’t want the Canucks to clinch because...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries) 23-24

Canucks and Rangers 98 points. Hurricanes, Panthers, Bruins, Avalanche, and Stars 97 points. Has the fight to get cursed with the Presidents Trophy ever been tighter? Last time we were neck and neck with the Rags for the Prez we stumbled across the finish line and only snagged it because they falte...

DeCrown DeKings.

I'd say DeThrone cuz that would seem to sound like it makes more sense.....however they are currently not on any throne, merely pretenders to the one the Canucks sit on (in the West).

Just win.

FFS.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries) 23-24

I’d love it if St Louis somehow manages to pull off a miracle and gain 5 points on Vegas over the final 11/12 games.

The Blues would be a tough opening round for us, and I’d almost prefer to see Colorado overtake us so we face off against Nashville in that event.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries) 23-24

Indeed, even more so if the slip Gabe into the lineup....as well Ovi with 18 goals in his last 24 goes dragging the Capitals into a Wild Card position....doing it with mirrors those guys....make the post season and that might of your coach of the year winner right there. (Waits for a mod to switch ...

Re: Just Not ready

He has destroyed our country 5th. I struggle to understand how you or others (including most of my fuckin family out there)can defend him still. Hey, I don't like the guy any more than you do, though I'm not as vociferous about it. I just don't think he's an imbecile. He's a very savvy politician a...

Juulsen returns after being a healthy scratch for two games. He replaces Cole, who is "a little banged up," Canucks coach Rick Tocchet said. Juulsen could have played "if push came to shove" but Tocchet wanted to get the 35-year-old defenseman some rest. Juulsen is 35??? Mis-personed

^ Oh you liked that one did you? :D Yeah, nice find. Seriously, the org and media should start giving this place some credit for all the stuff they've "borrowed" as inspiration. You can't tell me they haven't been here reading all these years. Acknowledge, plagiarists! Totally true. If not for the ...

Re: W-GDT: Nucks host Sabres - Mar 19/24 - 7 PM PST - SNP

Pettersson is 11th in the league in scoring, playing with a bunch of third line players for the most part. Lots of hand wringing about nothing on a top end team imho. He isnt a power play merchant. See RNH’s numbers last season for reference. 11th in league scoring but 5th in cap hit…..with other p...

Just replace 'flies' with 'messier' - and it all makes sense.
With the caveat that no matter the type of Messier, Corn prefers it to be 6 feet underground rather than on the ground.

Re: Players You Hate

Which is heavier, a pound of Reef's brain or a pound of dead flies? Sorry Fingers. Do dead flies weigh more than live ones? Well, d’uh. I mean, if a fly dies in the air it falls to the ground. So obviously a live fly is lighter than air and a dead one is not. Ergo dead flies weigh more than live on...

Now we see if Donny can truly Delever here today.....he's generally been the spark that sets the boys on a run this season.

I'm with rats this time. 4-3.
