RHD out of Kelowna. Never a bad decision, they seem to farm them here!

Re: Canucks Young Guns

Button just said on 1040 that we got the best player out of petterson’s draft year. Looks like we did get a number one overall. I honestly think Quinn will be the second best in his draft year as well. Button also goes on to say good things about joulevi and basically says joulevi is better than tk...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

I like what I hear on Dach but if the Canucks are drafting him something eventually will have to happen for Bo because most certainly Pettersson isn’t going anywhere. You could be looking at a trade similar to Johanson for Jones regarding trading Bo? RWs Kakko or Podkozlin are probably the more sen...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

He’s not in that Eichel, Mathews, Malkin category but you can make an argument for the others whose category he seems to fall in but will he be a bum like Nolan Patrick who put up better numbers than Dach Nolan's issues have been his injuries. If Dach can stay healthy he will be a great power forwa...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

It would be nice to get some lotto luck for a change the next couple years. Facts, every dog has his day, be nice just to move up a bit, every draft didn't the Canucks fall back a bit in the order? s-m-h. I'd start to analyze Kirby Dach, could be like Dubois? He's a huge center but can be a superb ...

Re: The Great Jim Benning Debate!

The rest of the losers are all Elmer’s Yeah, but lets look at how long even those guys took to develop! JB has some decent D picks under his belt Joulevi, Tryamkin, Hughes, Woo even guys like Brisebois and Rathbone could absolutely develop into legit NHL defensemen. the proof is actually in the guy...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

Thanks AP. Have you seen much of Nolan Foote? Yup, picked up season tickets when we moved up here. He'll be a good power forward for sure, I predict he drops to late first maybe even early second round. Although his name may get him taken higher! Like to see what he can do at the World Juniors. He'...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

There are 2 RHD in Kelowna to watch for, Kaeden Korczak and Lassi Thomson. Kelowna has produced some of the NHLs best D for decades and these two both stand out on the blueline right now. Korczak skates well, distributes the puck, can play PK and PP, is physical and will drop them on occasion. Reall...

Happy wife!

Likely a return damaged in shipping. I’m fine with dings on the side as ours is completely enclosed so you can’t see the sides at all. But the front has to be mint, yknow so my kids and dogs can dent it up properly!

Re: CC Random thread

. Your advice is helpful and much appreciated my cyberfriends. I'm going to take my time with this... mostly because I'm feeling very shitty again today. :( My neighbour says I'm crazy to replace the fridge when it might be repaired fairly easily. (it is/was a top-of-the-line model when i bought it...
