That's quite an achievement in a 30 team league... :)
Team # 30 - Atlanta.

Team # 31 - Winnipeg. ;)
I know, but it's still funny! 8-)

Damned godless Swedes.... ;)
Well, not all of us. Markus Näslund is a rather devout Christian.
At least by Swedish standards - it's not like he's Rick Santorum...

Re: Sammy Pahlsson coming this way

from Expressen: Påhlsson traded – ready to play in Vancouver ”It will be damned exciting, I’ve never played for a Canadian NHL team before,” Pahlsson tells SPORT-Expressen. Such a damned unnecessary act by an undisciplined player, who tries to show his cockiness by hitting an opponent without the p...

Fun.
Nah. It'd be more fun if all the players on the team had Stanley Cup rings.
We'll have to see what we can do about that..... :look:

Re: Sammy Pahlsson coming this way

I didn't know a lot about Sammy before he came to our organization but I gotta say I'm liking the 3rd line vibe atm. Admittedly it doesn't have the scoring potential it did when Cody ran it but Pahlsson is a friggin black hole. The third line smothered the Blues, helped Lou pitch the shutout and ha...

Re: Career Milestones 2011/12

Oh, and Luongo's 335th win last night has him tied with Gump Worsley for 17th in All-Time wins; Rogatien Vachon is 16th with 355. His 58th shutout has him in a tie for 16th overall All-Time, behind Turk Broda with 62 and Patrick Roy with 66. It's also interesting that Luongo's stats this season (2....

Re: GDT - Canucks vs Blues 7 PM PST SNet

Patient to see any creativity out of Pahlsson. It's great that the line is awesome defensively but if he puts up zero offense moving forward into the playoffs, perhaps Lappy should get a look on the third line. Don't expect a lot of offense out of Påhlsson, that's not what he does. He has a total o...

How a group can be so obnoxiuous about a lousy team that has won squat since 1967 is beyond me. Yeah, England is way over rated. I'm pretty pleased to have them in our group at the Euro... Oops, sorry, we were talking hockey. My bad. Mmm, yeah. Too bad Salming and Sundin wasted away their ca...

Re: Anderson out 4-6 Weeks with severe cut to hand

After having shut out the Bruins last night, Lehner is now 3-0-0 with a .954 svs% and a 1.33 GAA this season. Who's Anderson? :eh: Our backup (Jhonas Enroth) started his first few games on a similar tear, but has since shown why he's the backup...give it time. Give Enroth some time as well. ...

...and this morning it starts to come out. Rich Winter (silent G's agent) is now saying that they were unhappy with Codys ice time on the Canucks and had been expressing as much to the team. Where do we go from here now that all of the children have grown up? Yeah HW said as much, he was becoming a...
