I wonder if the new CBA will include something similar to the min criteria a player must have to be eligible for no-trade protection to that of guaranteed salary.

Demko and Edler skating this morning, will not play tonite

I heard mgmt has been looking at Schenn for some time. He's has been working hard with the skills coach in Utica and Cull has put him in every game situation. He's a character guy who works and plays hard. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can bring, or if the game has passed him by.

It certainly helps that Edler is playing his best hockey in a very long time.

Gadjovich's biggest issue since being drafted has been his health. He missed significant time last season due to injury, and has been in and out of the lineup this year as well. His skillset is as a half-court player, in front of the net and being physical presence. He's not a run and gun guy. While...
