Re: NHL business
I've been watching a fair bit of Euro 2016 and the TSN panel on that production is excellent. Luke Wileman hosts, Jason de Vos breaks down defensive highlights and Kristian Jack does the attacking highlights. All three are concise, and the two experts do a really good job of breaking down 'film'. I...

Re: NHL business

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
The believers have given their reasons for believing (AKA being fans of a team). But it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too early for anyone to pass judgement on James E. Benning. Soooooo, being a fan is reason enough to believe in Benning, so if you're a fan, you must be a believer. But wait! It's too earl...

Not blind at all. All the doubts I've seen on this forum are well documented. Hey, I know it's all fun and games but it does get a bit naseous at times.Strangelove wrote:As opposed to all the blind doubt overrunning Canuckdom of late?5thhorseman wrote: Yep, sounds like blind faith to me.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
The "Benning is a genius" crowd here is just trying to be first on the bandwagon so that in a few years or a decade from now they can pull out a quote and say "told you so, knew it all along" and one-up the next poser, er, I mean poster. OR... they actually believe Benning to be one of the very bes...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Don't get so worked up analysing everything RG. There's no evidence that Benning was a genius in his previous roles and it will be a few years yet before we know the results of his work here. All his draft picks look great, but that's because they are so recent. The "Benning is a genius" crowd here ...

Ben Hutton isn't a potential first-pairing defender? Wow, whoever wrote that article really nailed it!

Good John Scott piece. LOL at the NHL tactics trying to get him to not go to the All Star game. Their reverse psychology failed.
