That cap came in at the worst possible time for us, really screwed us with big deals to Naslund, Morrison and Cooke. However, if management thought this was a year of rebuilding, I'm sure they would have dumped guys that make more money for future players already. Seeing as the Sedins have been our...

With the 5 bucks you lost, you could have went to the dollar star and brought tons of cool stuff...like stickers, 2-1 chocolate bars- the possibilities are endless

glad I saved my money and didn't take your sure fire advice.

After seeing a few clips of his panel performances- like the way he played- it was pretty rough...Tie just doesn't have the poise and proper timing of a veteran reporter...he may improve like Kyperos did...

Can we confidently say that it was the Sedins that made Carter break out last year?

Anson has skills but I saw so many tap-ins and fantastic passes by the twins last year, you can see that with Pyatt they are doing the same thing this year!

I'm hoping the Pens move to Canada, we deserve to have another team back where Hockey really matters. Yea, that is a sick amount of talent. Staal, Malkin and Crosby. When we were tanking all those years we never hit the jackpot like the Penguins have. It's going to be fun watching Malkin and Crosby ...

I'm glad we are getting back to the Canucks teams of the early 2000, when we knew we weren't skilled enough and we just fought hard and willed many wins. I'll never forget that amazing strech where we dominated the 2nd half of the season. The Nuck teams then were fast and very blue collar, but for s...

Hitchcock fired and Clarke "allowed" to Resign

Ding Dong the witch is dead:lol: http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=181589&hubname=nhl Off to their worst start in 15 years, the Philadelphia Flyers cleaned house on Sunday, firing head coach Ken Hitchcock and letting general manager Bob Clarke resign. I have no doubt that Hitch will fine a new jo...

Baumer is a classic "In the right situation" kind of player. If all the cards fall in place, he can be quite servicable. I think it really took him a few years to learn the Canucks system and he found that niche here. With they way Clarke runs Philly and HItch being coach- I can see why he hasn't pr...

What I loved about the trade was turning on TSN's draft day coverage and the first words out of the announcers mouth were "The Vancouver Canucks have stolen this draft," and then having to wait a blissful few seconds to hear what had actually transpired. As a life long long Canuck fan, it is so rar...
