Re: GDT: Feb 4 - Canucks @ Oil 6:30 PM - SNet

Topper is bang on. Somehow scoring chances are blanketed in the baseball diamond shape that runs from goal posts to circles up through dots to to and then across. So all point shots are NOT scoring chances. What the info does not do is account for position, or lack thereof, of all other players on t...

Re: GDT: Feb 4 - Canucks @ Oil 6:30 PM - SNet

Canucks dominated in the dot. Henrik was 18/23 and Burrows 7/7. It's a team of some wily vets carrying it for the youth to fill holes and Tanev did. It will be very interesting to see how the return of Kesler affects Sedin production and how opposition D pairings match up. Right now this team remind...

Re: Itunes confusion???

Is the Itunes account on your Macbook the same as the one on your home PC? If they are different you cannot transfer purchases between accounts IIRC.

Download Handbrake and borrow movies from a buddy who has to buy them and load them on your MB or Ipad.

Send the money to each band member instead of the band council. Then let the council tax the band members to support admin costs and let's see how fast accountability comes rushing in.

Been a long while since I posted here but just want to say Merry Christmas to some of the funniest and wittiest folks on the interwebs, and the rest of you guys too :) . Have a good holiday, enjoy your families, drink a bit too much and enjoy life.

All the best

Re: Home Construction Discussion

So close to being done I can taste it. There was a major screw up with our millwork order so that added a huge delay to everything. It's dragged on a bit the last two months due to a bunch of things with my contractor trying to beat the weather on his other jobs but there are two doors left to hang ...

800 bucks holy crap, is that the going rate for beer league these day? Where do you skate pacific coloseum? Planet Ice. $12,240 per team. Pretty standard these days for roughly a 40 game season playoffs included. Icetime in the lower mainland is a rarer commodity than drinking water in Mexico City....

Re: Evander Kane

Kane has no leverage (remember I'm the Winnipeg guy) other coming out and demanding a trade and holding out- like Turris. He also brings baggage. Not sure why Gillis would go after him when he is developing Kassian to be that player. Kane is really north south and rarely back-checks and still needs ...

Re: My Truck...

Last year of a model run, you may take a hit when it comes to resale/trade value, but if it is your work truck, you probably want to depreciate the hell out of it and not have that value back on your books so it doesn't matter. Good point... Butt, a motor vehicle is a terrible asset no matter what....

Thought I would post an update on the basement reno. This looking into the bathroom with shower base, toilet and plumbing we have one coat of paint up before all the millwork and flooring is in just for efficiency. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8435/7844394654_35e7c77c1c.jpg This is looking at close...
