Botchford is reporting in the province that Miller, Bieksa, and Kesler are all doubtful for Saturday night. Anyone hear anything on 1040 or locally that suggests otherwise? (please?)

WHAT THE FRICK!!! From TSN.ca... Mattias Ohlund (knee), Aaron Miller (shoulder), Kevin Bieksa (wrist), Sami Salo (flu) and Ryan Kesler (foot) did not take part in practice on Friday. Salo will play Saturday. Bieksa was injured in a fight with Greg deVries on Thursday. Both he and Kesler had X-rays t...

to he chest?!? haha... brutal. According to TSN no suspensions for anyone. Much as I don't like Tootoo getting, if that's what I have to pay for Bieksa not getting one either (screwed up logic, I know, but it is the NHL...) then I'm willing to take it. I love Bieksa. I know people have been harping ...

oh boy... What is with losing defensement en masse? Frick! Didn't see the Miller hit, but sounded on the radio like he's gonna be in trouble, Ohlund is already out, and Bieksa gets a 1 game suspension automatically for being the instigator. So this means Saturday we get: Edler Salo Mitchell Bourdon ...

not gonna lie. It has felt good to see that 0-fer and minus 3 the last few games. After the mini panic his 5 assist game caused, the clamoring has died down considerably. Hopefully our top six winger arrives in time for the weekend game against St Louis... I know it's a week earlier than anticipated...

of course TSN will cover the Leaves they get the most hits, most attention and are cared about the most across the country. That's the reason right there. As much as WE hate the Leaves and the incessant coverage, that because, well, we're Canucks fans and not Leaves fans. However, from a strictly b...

Stupid Sportsnet... you all get Canucks games, and I get World Pool Championships. Yay! HaUGE game tonight, although we could have said that about the last one too. From Canucks.com: "A regulation loss in this game, coupled with an Avalanche win over Anaheim on Thursday, would push Vancouver four po...

from what I can tell from the CDC message board (granted, not always a great source of factual information) Ohlund is out with a knee injury. So that makes a total of 5 games this season with our top 6 D, right? Somewhat ironic that those were some our worst five games, no?

what the frick? How is any of this Raymond's fault?!? Lets bench the guy from the one line that has been marginally productive over the last few games. I'm usually patient, and willing to let the coach be the coach (seeing as he probably usually does know better than I do) but can ANYONE defend this...

surprising. I figured he'd come back, thinking he might be able to make one more shot at it. Not that the Pats losing, er, choking, when it mattered most wasn't fun enough to watch, it would of been just a teeny bit better had it been 'ol Favre doin' the whoopin' instead of Eli. Ah well. Can't be ch...

is it bad that somewhere inside me I hope foppa trips coming off the bench and is done for the season? Nothing debilitating or horrible... just a freak accident that prevents him from playing the rest of the year. Not like I want to hurt the guy or anything... from a strictly competitive standpoint,...

you know what I like about these preseason games? The fact that they don't matter! Yesiree, it's nice to be able to just shrug it off and, cause its really not that imperative and there's no urgency to win or anything, you know, being preseason and all- what's that you say? It's friggin' MARCH? ugh....
