Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs - Round 1

Horrendous results for me, only 50/50, though I did guess the right number of games for 3 wins. Flames over Avalanche in 5 WRONG! Sharks over Knights in 7 SPOT ON! Preds over Stars in 5 WRONG! Blues over Jets in 6 SPOT ON! Tampa over Columbus in 5 WRONG! Leaves over Bruins in 6 WRONG! Carolina over ...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs - Round 1

I think I'll be rootin' for the Lanche for the rest of the playoffs. That MacKinnon is fucking intense!

Oh, and the Knights, for the kids :) Yeah yeah don't crucify me.

Wait I though you did the yoga with the goat, using it as a prop or something?

Thought this came from Alberta where they have been doing this with sheep and cows for years.
Hey Reef, could you elaborate on how you would use a goat as a prop?

I thought BC carbon tax is levied at the retail level only. So pumping an infrastructure are not affected by the carbon tax, though they do pay other, similar, taxes.
why would they not pay carbon tax on their energy costs?

Re: It's getting warm

looking at my latest gas utility bill for our furnace, hotwater tank and stove. Cost of the gas consumed $14.24 Various storage and delivery charges $64.49 Carbon tax $15.99 Carbon tax is 112% of the cost of the actual gas we burned. Ya, um, mine looks like that too. Should carbon tax be in Green ?...

Who are these Benning haters you speak of? Are they on this board?
Steve Irwin's midlife crisis was a sting ray.
Should've gone with a barracuda.

Re: Canucks Young Guns

Fuck Goldy, cut him loose and sign Panarin. There's not a lot of winger depth, Goldy would likely sign for dirt cheap and clear waivers if it came to that. Plus, there's nobody biting at his heels. We got 3 legit top-6. Pearson is a maybe. Virtanen probably. So who else besides Goldy? Pea...

Yeah I am better than last season.

With my current upward trend I will win in 2 - 3 years from now.

Been slowly rebuilding the right way and have not tried to overpay for FA.
... and look good doing it?
