Re: GDT Habs @ Canucks, 6:30pm Sportsnet - Jan 21, 2021

It's mostly his height, otherwise it's just a high chest shot. Exactly; I doubt he was trying to murder the guy. He didn't think he was doing anything wrong. Maybe just get a call and a fine. Nah. He'll get a few games for that. 7-3 game, wtf was he thinking. What a meathead. lucky he didn't injure...

Other than Raffertys gaff on the 1st goal, the rookie defensemen are doing alright.

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021

Edler and Hambone are injured so who are the subs? If both cant go tonight itll most likely be Benn in for Hambone but does Greeny throw Wrathbone in there on the left side or back to Juolevi? Fuckin 'ell! Any details on their injuries yet? The way Hamonic played last night he won't be any great lo...

Shhhhh! you'll get Blob going again

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021

He was playing injured, so he wasn't that effective last season. I suppose a change of scenery might do him some good, but not as much as the time and rest he had to heal. I think you will find that he has lost a step or two, but I think he can still be useful, especially on a 3rd pairing. I think ...

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021

Everyone has to create rumors. Travis Hamonic, Sami Vatanen, and that probably wont be the end of it. Even if we get a 100% confirmation on LTIR for Ferland, why go and do this. Rather go with our own pool. Perfect opportunity for it. Oh, well if Someone wants to play a year for a million or less j...

Re: Canucks Contracts

I think Lind is very close and Pod will be pushing for a spot at the same time as Lind but both are RW’s although Lind can play centre as well as MacEwan. Hoglander is a wild card, with him being the only left winger of the 3, Pearson’s position. If the Hog comes as advertised then Pearson is done ...

and the bar to get into the lineup is being better than Erickson, Rooster or Sutter.
To think, it was only a couple years ago the bar was Megma, Chaput and Gaunce.

We have come a long way in a relatively short time.

Re: Canucks Contracts

If Toronto tries to waive Aaron Dell, Arizona tries to waive Adin Hill, or Minnesota tries to waive Alex Stalock to place them on their taxi squads, the Canucks should snag one of them and keep that goalie up on the main 23 man roster, only carrying 22 skaters. With the taxi squad the Canucks will ...
