Re: Tanking

There's something to be said about getting your results from being completely natty... however in this case, it isn't a compliment.

Re: Tanking

Interesting what Mark Cuban, minority owner of the Dallas Mavericks posted on social media re: tanking... “Few can remember the score from the last game they saw or went to,” Cuban wrote. “They can’t remember the dunks or shots. What they remember is who they were with. Their family, friends, a date. ...

Re: Tanking

One of my biggest pet peeves. It's about that time I play some NWA to drown him out.... When rap was real. I also like some Rage Against The SmartPhone Machine. Of all 80's tunes to play out loud... I would have opted to drown him out with Slayer, myself, but anything to counteract that "Club ...

Re: Tanking

Well, I do enjoy quoting myself occasionally for the right reasons :D EDIT: I'm here in a coffee shop, posting on CC and the old guy at the next table is suddenly blasting Air Supply on the phone speakers for all to hear  Making Love Out Of Nothing At All... like what we do everyday here in ...

Re: 2026 Olympic Hockey

Everybody raving about ol' Petey being semi-awaken on a stacked Swedish team, but even in this tournament, Mein Kampf is outscoring him so far.

Re: Non-Hockey 2026 Olympic thread

I really enjoy the long-track speedskating during the Olympics. Started with Gaetan Boucher in 84 and then with all the great ladies like Lemay-Doan, Klassen, Hughes, etc. Short-track is a little too roller-derbyish and chaotic for my liking. I used to do stuff like that at public skating... until ...

Yup. For a student athlete who doesn't even train year-round for her sport, with little prize money involved... yet still ranking in the top 5 for earnings, mostly from contracts and endorsements. Why wouldn't you? Plus, the fact that the Beijing Winter Olympics were upcoming in a few years, her ...

That picture doesn't do her justice because she's an absolute stunner Agreed. She can come across as both nice and innocent and also a nubile sex bomb. As for choosing China, it’s clearly a money play by her mom. With all the summers spent there, being fluent with huge fan support, this was an o ...

Re: 2026 Olympic Hockey

Following his fight with Tom Wilson, France’s Pierre Crinon has been banned for the rest of the #MilanoCortina2026 Olympics by the French Hockey Federation. The federation has cited his “provocative behaviour” after being ejected as a “violation of the Olympic spirit”. Good. I didn’t see the “provoc ...
