Nice - this is one of the big problems we have in our area. We have a couple of large(ish) manufacturing plants, and they are ALWAYS looking for people - part of the problem is housing. These companies will even build new homes or small apartment blocks just to add to the housing numbers.

Just watched most of that, and the skaters were pretty much flawless. This very untrained eye could see some different moves that top finishers pulled off.
