Re: Canucks Young Guns
Just wondering if anyone has any insight into the two or are we going down the Stetcher/Hutton experiment. The Canucks have decided to not offer contracts to Abols and a couple of other wanna be’s. Clearing the deck. Brady Keeper, Right Defence, University of Maine, 6’2″ 194 lbs, Freshman Keeper ha...

Re: The Great Jim Benning Debate!
We've been rebuilding since Benning got here. Every year, he's turned over 1/4 of the roster. Now, after 3 seasons, we have 4 players left from 2011. That, my friends, is a RE-BUILD! Now, what does this mean to say "fans can't handle a re-build? What is it to handle a re-build? One aspect is fillin...

Re: The Rebuild...
People need to realize that it is hard to replace elite players.. all other players are interchangeable..there isn't a big difference from one to the other, some might be better at certain little things and others might have other qualities, but the differences are minimal... it is the elite players...

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Brisbois cut. So is there any reason for a Canucks fan to watch the WJHC? With no prospects to watch, there's only so much TSN hyperbole I can take. One thin Finn. I believe Lukas Jasek will be playing for the Czechs... #Canucks may only have 2 representative @ #WJC2017 in Olli Juolevi & Lukas Jasek

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Just under two weeks in and injuries around the league are piling up. The World Cup was not worth it. Go with the Olympics or replace it but don't compress the start of the season, ever again. Just saying. I am not sure the NHL and the NHLPA would agree with you. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl-nhlpa-project...

You both may be right, but the draft isn't for a couple of more months, so draft picks could still be added....

A temporary fix for the holidays until Sutter or Mccann come back, he is a right hand shot, cheap & UFA... a better option than Jarret Stoll as he is only 27

Brian O'neil on waivers from New Jersey, could be a good pick up for free, and send Mccann to the World juniors "He had one real practice and then he had the practice yesterday. In both practices we worked on some things we wanted to do," coach John Hynes said. "Systematically there's not a huge cha...
