Tryamkin playing out his contract over there is alright IMO. With what's brewing here, coming over for the 2020-21 season could be good timing for us and him.
Timing would be great for your Vancouver Canucks and the 2020 expansion draft.

Re: Toronto

I'm with reef...this whole terrorist situation is 3rd world bullshit that it festering and will not be something easy to eradicate. fuck More of a "mental illness" thing than a "terrorist" thing. A sickening event, but I don't think Reef's idea of "dropping people in burning oil" is the way to go.

Looks somewhat hopeful for the season after next, I guess??? Come on Groot. You know you belong here. Yeah and that's him talking to the Russian press ... where you're tempted to say "What? No! I would never leave the Motherland!" Oh yeah, Nikita is coming back baby! https://orig00.deviantart.net/6...

Re: The Rebuild...

Who would you rather: 32 years old, $7.857 mil cap hit, under contract to age 40 Shea Weber; or 33 years old, $6.875 cap hit, under contract to age 39 Brent Seabrook? The last 3 years of Weber's contract are at just $1M per in real dollars . He either retires at that point or easily traded to a cap...

. Tryamkin interview: https://www.sports.ru/hockey/1062396799.html I will think about returning to the NHL when my contract with Avtomobilist would be over. If they will need me, if I play good enough that they would want to sign me. I have not turned over the page with the NHL for myself but this ...

How’s about clutch playoff performer Bonino? 3 points tonight in a (likely) series-clinching game.
Bonino is a dink.

(in fact I believe "bonino" is Italian for "dink") :?

He didn't do anything in last year's playoffs.

And nothing this year either until tonight...

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread

Signing JVR for 8 years wil hurt the Leafs long-term. Aren't you the guy shouting about cap room constantly? JVR is very, very painfully one-dimensional. Oh I agree, it would hurt the Leafs long-term! And yes, he is painfully one-dimensional. As a Leaves hater I want the Leaves to re-sign him. :dev...

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread

Every team has 22-24-year-olds putting up Johnsson-like numbers in the AHL. This year Canucks have Goldobin and Boucher ... and you won't see anyone here saying either of those two could replace a JVR next year. :scowl: I mentioned Leivo as a recent Leaves' one, and now you mention Brown... thank yo...

Re: The Rebuild...

Win the draft lottery, sign Mike Green, then trade Edler + Tanev for Shea Weber.

Dahlin - Weber
Juolevi - Green
Del Zotto - Gudbranson

There, see how easy it is? :mex:
