Re: Canucks Young Guns

Nice to hear that Golds + Baertcheese are playing well, and Boucher is off again to a rocket start (8G in 5GP). I wonder who is playing centre with them? It bodes well for us if they can continue to light it up, gives us options for callups (injuries and/or playoff push) and I'm sure other teams wi...

But Detroit is decidedly a have not team, having not depth nor defense nor quality goatending.
How could that be, they had Ken Holland drafting for them for 25 years?

Blob, your thoughts?

I wonder if the Benn rumour ties into green's weird comment about a move coming but the player hadn't been informed yet. Did anything come of that?

It’s just you and I this morning right? You aren’t showing up with your crack posse I hope Is the Astoria open that early? I thought the...

I don't know why anyone would want to cut back on Hughes minutes by taking on another top 4 D. Let the kid develop!

Welp, the comets are looking as dominant as expected.
Hmmm... 7 assists for Goldie in 3 games.
And Sven with a goal and 4 assists in 3 games.

Let's dump Loui and Leivo already and get these two up.

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

This is an armchair trade so I propose giving up our 1st whenever it is available along with a good prospect to LA for Doughty. Imagine our D this year. Fuck the future. I WANT THE CUP!!! LA might go for it as they are shite and need to develop their farm system. What do you think? Can you imagine ...

To me Ferland looks more comfortable on the left side. That’s where he had success in Calgary and Carolina. I’d leave him in the third line with Sutter and Virtanen until he gets his feet under him. Down the road look at : Pearson Petey Brock Ferland Bo Miller Roussel Sutter Jake Schaller Beagle Mo...

Link deserves the 30 for 30 treatment, I'd love to watch a documentar on his post-NHL exploits, like the time he got kicked out of a league for walking to the concession stand and buying a hot dog at intermission

Funny, some in the media and some fans still can't stop questioning Myers.

Re: 2020 NHL Draft

IMO, Cup-winning goalies are always about catching lightning in a bottle - which usually means a cheap-ish tender standing on his head, while cap resources in the forwards and defence do what's necessary. Markstrom, Demko and Dipietro could all be that guy that catches fire in the spring, I don't th...
