A very gratifying win last night. While we are a bad week or 2 from not making it, our future will just get better and better. We waited quite a while for this so enjoy every minute :drink: Ya know Sigmund Rats, if people spent more time on your couch the world would be a happier place..... 8 years...

Thornton has always been a sore loser 100%. As an aside.....our record when Eriksson scores is just skyrocketing. I don't think anyone in team history has had such an obvious impact on game outcomes. I think Blobcat is gonna have to change it up going forward and start calling him Loui "Game Breake...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

He’s 6 feet and change.....when did that become midget? Marty Brodeur was 6’1” and change.....wasn’t he pretty good? Relax, big guy. That was hyperbole. But honestly, I always take listings with a grain of salt. Marty is the GOAT, but that was a different era. He started when goalies still played s...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

I must be the only one here who thinks it's better to keep the younger goalie. I like Marky but he will start to trend down pretty soon. He's had less than 2 years as an above average NHL goalie. Can't overrate him. Sign him to a friendly contract, see what happens... then sell high. I really have ...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

For sure need to be mindful of Markstrom's age. He has in all likelihood, 3-5 years left at peak. Barring injuries of course. But we also know that the expansion draft is coming up. We all know this. I could live with a three year deal around 6.5-7.5. A 5 year deal at 5.5-6. The shorter the deal th...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Berkshire of the opinion that it's time for Montreal and Carey Price to part ways. Interesting thought actually, it's not because Price is a problem, rather that it would be the most fair to the player in this situation to give him a fresh start somewhere else. Personally I can't see it happening u...

Re: GDT January 12/20 Canucks at Wild 1 PM Sportsnet

Just what we need. :) A little sloppy, and Marky wasn't really tested until the end- then he came up BIG! A few too many odd man rushes, but we dodged those. Winning 2 afternoon back to back games? Who would have thought?? Not me, that's for sure. The artist poster formerly known as UDL has a win t...

The Brown Eye Wizard Speaking of such...Do you think women from places that eat alot of spicy food are less inclined to try anal? Ummm.....depends, probably for different reasons. I mean their colons are probably pretty touch and calloused from the food already, so should be a bit tougher that way ...

Re: OOTS; 2019-2020

Tkachuk is living in Kassian's head, rent free. He made Kassian loose it and take a 4 minute penalty which led to a game winning power play goal. To top it off, Tkachuk was screening the goalie on that goal. He may be a turtle, but he drew a penalty on Kassian which was the difference in the game. ...

I’m curious how many games Kassian gets for this. I’m betting 2-3 games. Didn’t Lucic get 2 for plugging Zadorov? Nice to see some emotion in the games again.
You seriously think he'll get a suspension for that?

The Brown Eye Wizard putting it all on the line today with the GDT.....way to step up man.

If the Wild are 11-4 on home ice I hope that that's the score in our favor too. :P

Definitely pulling for Boeser to have a big game today for his pops.

Win it for Duke boys.

Take the blinders off, Blob. Don't be so short-sighted. Rafferty is playing with one-eye open towards an NHL career. Hockey people who know says he possesses both high IQ and vision. You're going to see how good he is. He passes both the analytics and the eye test. Watch the games, man. 8-) Lol ok....
