I would sign Buium for a long term deal this off season, hopefully 8 x 7m but no more than to 8 x 8m.

If they fall into Canucks lap, sure but I wouldn’t give up too many assets to pick them both.

If the Canucks are truly committed to a rebuild, I would try to trade Demko. I would even be willing to retain on it, could help getting a decent return. It would not be an ideal situation but might be the best, bad move they could make in regards to their G situation.
