Re: Canucks News n Notes 22-23
What’s Bears QO this summer? 2+?
If they want to retain him, it might be best to offer an extension to keep the cap lower.
Kinda wanna see how he does within the new system before throwing extensions around.

Re: Just Not ready
The contentious long rifle ban amendments have been withdrawn. Today, knowing they were doomed, Trudeau withdrew the amendments from the Bill. Far from a card carrying far right-winger, I thought this Bill was utter and complete horse-shit. The Liberals made an arrogant and unscrupulous move to sli...

Re: Canucks News n Notes 22-23
Bieksa isn’t a douche about it, he mainly calls people out for unnecessary comments or obvious stupid narrative twists. If somehow Petey could harness his ego and give the standard answers when necessary, but recognize the moronic questions and utilize his stare down, he could really hold some of th...

THE PACKAGE THE BRUINS HAD ON THE TABLE One of Jake DeBrusk, Pavel Zacha, or Trent Frederic, plus Fabian Lysell and a 2023 first-rounder No D-man listed (ie: B.Carlo). Pretty comparable to the NYI deal I guess. Quite comparable indeed. While DeBrusk or Frederic may be more appealing than Beau, not ...

Slow morning. To NYR: Boeser, Schenn, Hoglander, rights to Ferland LTIR. Retain $2M on Boeser deal. To Van: Lafreniere, Schneider, Cond 2023 1st I honestly think Lafrenierre is a massive bust. This coming 2023 draft will be 4 drafts since he was drafted. I think he will have an OK career but nowher...

100%.
Always always always draft by BPA in the first round. If it’s a toss up between two different positions, you then choose by strongest character.
Every subsequent round it seems they choose for positional need.

They’ve stumbled a bit the past couple weeks.
Nice to take advantage of a weaker opponent to turn things around.

JT has been a polarizing player since he was drafted 15th overall. He was coveted by Tampa enough to give up a sizeable package to acquire him. His struggles and accolades have been well documented, but the fact remains, his best years have come in the 3+ seasons as a Canuck. His points per game is ...
